Terms & Conditions

These terms apply to visas, visa change packages, tours, transport, flight, hotel and insurance services booked with Sky Princess Travel & Tourism LLC (Trade License No. 2914833), Dubai, through this website, by phone, WhatsApp or at our office. Each service page and your written quotation may list additional conditions for that service.

Quotations and prices

• All prices are quoted in UAE dirhams (AED) and are indicative until confirmed in writing.
• Prices may change with nationality, eligibility, travel dates, seat, room and vehicle availability, and immigration or supplier charges.
• Transport and private tour prices are per vehicle; visa and package prices are per person unless stated otherwise.
• Peak-season, public-holiday and major-event surcharges may apply.

Payments

• Visa and ticket processing starts only after full payment is received.
• Payment can be made by bank transfer, cash, card, or instalment partners where offered.
• Please confirm the total price, inclusions and refund conditions before you pay.

Visas and immigration

• Visa approval or rejection is solely at the discretion of the relevant immigration authorities. We cannot guarantee approval, entry, or departure clearance.
• All submitted documents must be clear, valid and unaltered. False or forged documents may lead to rejection.
• Visa processing fees are non-refundable, including in case of delay or rejection.
• A refundable security deposit may be required for certain applicants. It is refunded after an on-time exit, as per the deposit terms, once you share your exit details.
• Travelers must leave the UAE or change status before the permitted stay expires. Overstay fines are the traveler’s responsibility.

Cancellations, changes and refunds

• Flight tickets, visas, insurance policies and issued documents (dummy tickets, hotel vouchers) are non-refundable once issued.
• Tour, transport and hotel cancellations follow the policy of the confirmed booking and of each service provider.
• No refunds are given for no-shows, late arrivals or unused parts of a booked service.
• Change requests depend on availability and may carry additional charges.

Tours and transport

• Guests must follow the driver’s and guide’s safety instructions. Eating, drinking and smoking are not permitted inside vehicles.
• Extra hours, extra mileage, airport parking and distant pickups are charged as per the package terms.
• Activities may be changed or suspended due to weather or local regulations.
• Children must be accompanied by a responsible adult.
